Salsa dancing?

I'm helping my 66 years young mom plan a Vegas trip with her BF. She enjoys salsa dancing (and other Dancing with the Stars type ballroom dancing). Are there any low key clubs that they might fit into? Atmosphere and dance wise? This is way outside my scope of interests so would really appreciate some (sincere) tips. :)

My tips are sincere but probably not helpful.

Look into the elcheapo casino that emphasises latin music and low cost rooms. why does its name escape Me??

Sign onto twitter and search for salsa dancing not sauce.
Ask at a concierge/host desk at a casino.

I'll check it out and see if this will work. :) I did google salsa dancing but much of the info is a few years old :/ Gold Coast was mentioned but their website only shows info for the rest of January. They'll be there Mar 13-16 and ideally their night to go out dancing will be Tues the 15th.
