Not stocks or random questions that google could answer if you had the true motivation to learn rather than to post nonsense to the forum.

I don't think he's targeting me or anyone. I think he's completely ignorant of the negative effects that he has on people who actually spend time answering his ridiculously stupid questions.

Just a side note, I reciprocate his lack of caring: IE, I don't care about his posts at all, and I only answer them for entertainment. I have lost all hope for him learning anything at all, frankly.

I was recently suspended for violation of the TOS. That's why I'm talking here.
And EB is violating the TOS by bringing up NTGL stock over and over after being warned that the subject is off topic.
You got caught in the middle, and I don't mean to be crass, I just want the enforcement of the TOS to not be biased against me or biased for anyone else.
I think that by my understanding of the TOS, both you and EvenBob are due for an admin to weigh in if you guys are both hijacking this thread to talk about stocks and potentially treading dangerously close to insulting the President (not CEO) of NanoTech Gaming at the same time between the two of you while you talk and continue to discuss about being reminded about hijacking threads.
It's quite possible that EvenBob's knowledge of the TOS and the forum gives him an advantage that he can get away with what seems like a violation to me, but he knows better than anyone the rules because that's his expertise -- bending the rules to get other people to pay attention to him in a way that doesn't result in any action to suspend or nuke him.
So far, you have no meaningful reputation on this forum either way, but your screen name indicates that you are not long for this ride at all. I hesitate to even address you your lifespan on this forum seems intrinsically limited by your choice of screen names.

I've already been successfully persuaded that talking about my company is not compatible with the TOS.
But being subjected to EB's clear violation of the TOS while also asking stupid questions about stocks is really just a demonstration of how much EB can get away with from my view and not be subject to discipline.

There are some people who would like to see NTGL succeed, for example. But apparently this forum is more concerned about TOS violations than it is what I personally feel is groundbreaking progress on making casinos not suck total ass for people who have a brain in their head.

On the particular issue in question, he has been impervious to dozens of people mentioning the same odd obsession. So, in effect, I don't think it matters. I sure haven't seen any recognition that there is any problem on his side of it, just everyone else.
Five more posts that add absolutely nothing to this thread or the forum. Instead of making these jejune posts time after time, how about adding something of substance? Just once try to understand the purpose of this thread and comment accordingly. Just once give your opinion on a suspension.

I am somewhat familiar with both 'old' names. Have been back and read some of their posts under a number of different names if I didn't catch them when they were posted. I noticed when GJ guessed Buzzard? on 10/29 (had to go back to find the date ). Also noted when 1BB asked if this incarnation was another resurrected Buzzard after the nuke. Just never saw any firm answers.
I thought I understood the slang 'sock puppet' but sometimes it is used and sometimes it is not. Wondered if it was a special term for the worst of the bad, or something.

EvenBob has put up with everything the forum has to offer; Buzzard went off the rails. Not much to compare to date. EB knows the lines and stays within them. There are other people who jump off the rails fairly regularly. I consider those people more likely to make up "sock puppets" if they were sent away than EB.
...but who knows?

Buzzard introduced himself and shook my hand after he received a free pass for G2E 2014. There are other differences, too. I think I was just thinking more in terms of contribution/post-count ratios rather than how offensive one was compared to the other.

Why don't you align your finances with your statements? Are you hedging so you can either cash in or blame someone else for your losses? Sounds like less of a plan than figuring out what you think is going to happen and aligning your finances to that outcome. But that's just my opinion. I have been wrong about what's going to happen and I lost and I couldn't blame anyone but myself. I've never gone long on a stock and then talked smack about the CEO or other leader. That's just me. I went long on IGT and defended Patti Hart years ago, and I regret that. But at least I was arguing in line with my position (I sold before I lost on that one).
I really get annoyed with people who buy $10 worth of stock so they can spew out damaging statements towards my company in the name of shaking fists at the company or performance of any of the employees at the company. Personally I think that's low class, but I know for a fact there are people doing it because ALMOST NOBODY IS TRADING NTGL but everyone seems to have some bull crap to say about what they think of it.
As far as it relates to this thread, it should be known that my posting here as the President of NanoTech Gaming is a direct result of the terms of service disallowing me from having the same protections for my identity that everyone else here enjoys. I would be posting anonymously except that I am disallowed by the TOS from doing that.
Any harm that comes to NanoTech Gaming as a result of my posting from this day forward may be an indirect result of my inability to post here anonymously.
However, I don't have anything to hide, and I'm pretty sure that anyone doing due diligence on my character is going to figure out that "Ahigh == [my legal name]" pretty quick and be able to search the internet on "Ahigh" and find me. So it's not like I see the anonymous hiding routine to be particularly effective. I'm pretty sure more than one person knows who ME is who (anyone else who's a "professional") is and others on this forum who are in the industry.
