The Division of Gaming Enforcement announced
online Tuesday morning that it has launched a website
to publish all casino revenue totals, financial
information and statistics.
Lawmakers said the website is a quick attempt to make
the billion-dollar industry more transparent during a
rocky transition of state regulatory powers.
The division's new information page is accessible by
clicking the Financial/Statistical Info link on the
left side of its homepage.
The website reports casino revenue and state tax
income, a role previously fulfilled by the Casino
Control Commission.
The DGE’s action comes four days after The Press of
Atlantic City highlighted the lapse in transparency
regarding casino revenue as the state switches
between one casino regulatory agency and another.
The CCC confirmed last week that it had stopped
receiving daily, weekly and monthly revenue totals
from licensed casinos in Atlantic City. Spokesman
Daniel Heneghan also said the CCC would not
publish any monthly revenue totals after February
numbers were published March 10.

They seem to be running very late as the year end 2010 quarterly report is not online.

Doesn't look like anything will change, the DGE will offer the same information that the CCC was offering, which was already pretty good to begin with. The quarterly report deadline is 90 days after the end of the 4th quarter, so they still have a few days to get that up.
