American roulette wheel ... but the 18's bets (ie- black/red, over/under 18.5, odd/even) pay 1.11x instead of 1x

It's almost even, but tiny house edge still remains, assuming you lose with 0 and 00. There are 38 equal possibilities. You will win 18 times. You will lose 20 times.

18 x 1.11 = 19.98 win
20 x 1 = 20.00 lose

Still negative expectation

18*1.11 = 19.98
20*(-1) = -20.00

Expected loss = -.02/38 = -.000526 or approx 1/20 of 1% negative EV. This is 100x less expensive than a normal payout, but still negative nonetheless

Is this a live or online casino? If you like the game anyway, this could be slightly positive if comp points are factored in.
