Sorry if this has been asked. I searched through 6 pages of threads and didn't find anything, and did a search. Specifically, how do you do it on an iphone4s? If I go to a web site how do you get the web address to bring it over to WoV? I place my finger upon the web address hoping it will copy, but when I go to paste I just get a prior photo that is on tinypic. I know on my PC that you can just click on the address you want to bing over and then ctrl-V to place it in your post. But what if I'm using my iphone?

On the iPhone, you touch in the address, then touch again and you'll gat a bunch of choices, one of which is Select All. Once you select all, the choice changes to Copy.

Once that's done, you go to the text box where you want to put it, and touch, and touch again and the Paste option will appear.

That was easy. Thank you DJTeddyBear.

But then today I tried to post a link. An additional step occurrd where I got the blue lollipop and I made sure there was one at both ends. When I went to a post to practice posting the link I got the blurb below this post. Why is that coming up? Why do I get the blue lollipops? I don't remember getting those before when I tried to post a link. And the blurb below shouldn't show up (can't remember if I practiced on it last week). As a matter of fact, I tried to copy the blue link, not by going to the link and copying what's in the address bar, but copying the link before actually going to the link--and I still get the blurb below this message. And another minor thing. When I was writing out this post the backspace tab turned black (I have an iPhone) and the cursor froze. I had no choice but to turn off my phone and lose half my already written out post. No big deal, but the not being able to post the link is frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.

What I meat was after the reds (50%), blacks (46%), and greens (4%). Will the casino try to make it reds (48%), blacks (48%), greens (4%) ?

Another great way to learn how to post links/images is to click reply on my post. Then where it says "Click here for formatting codes" click that, and it will show you all of the different ways to post things from links to images, etc.

For example, to post an image you use the image tag [ img = ] (but with no spaces... I added the spaces so it showed up for you to read). Your image above using an image tag:

You should also be able to see the img tag if you click quote on my post and look for that link.

edit - either your link is bad, or the image has been taken down from tinypic, which is why it's not showing up but showing a broken image icon.
Playing it correctly means you've already won.

This worked for me before, but I just tried it again and I don't get the "Select All" option. So three times I just copied and tried to paste, but what I pasted was a prior link that I worked with. Why no "Select All"? Maybe because I googled that I wanted photos and it's not a web site?

Maybe that was the older version of iOS. I too noticed that there's no select all option. However, once you get in there, it's already selected all for you so just copy it.

If you google: blackjack peeking device red/green light photos,
then try to select what's in the address area, you'll see what I mean. Since it's photos I don't think the link is copyable. At least I can't do it, whereas I can with other web addresses.

I can select all of the URL. (I don't use it for posting here, however - I make myself find a computer for that, lest some fascinating argument derail my life.)

The blue lollipops (excellent terminology, btw) appear to be the (grabbable) ends of the selected area.

If I touch the address bar once, it pops open the keyboard.

If I touch it again (and hold my finger down an extra moment), it pops open an option of "select | select all | paste". If I select all, it highlights it all, and displays the blue lollipops.

Then, I'm given the choice of "cut | copy | paste | define".

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1.1.
May the cards fall in your favor.

I was able to post the specific link I wanted--great photos of peeking devices. Used a computer and it was a breeze. For some reason all the gobbledegook didn't pick up when I tried to post the link with my iphone.
