Hey guys thanks in advance for helping me with this. Are these interpretations correct?
16 v t - hit in the negs
12 v 4 - stand in the negs
13 v 4 - hit -1 or higher (0, +1...)
12 v 5 - stand -2 or higher
12 v 6 - stand - 1 or higher
13 v 3 - stand -2 or higher

12 v 5 - stand -2 or higher
12 v 6 - stand - 1 or higher
13 v 3 - stand -2 or higher

A couple of these (specifically 12v4 and 13v4) are backwards. When the choice is between hitting and standing, lower counts favor hitting and higher counts favor standing.
This stands to reason -- lower count means fewer 10s so it is safer to hit your 12s and 13s.
