Wiz / JB - A suggestion on the Forum Post Subject Field

I added a post in the section for the Tuscany under Hotels,
but from the main Forum page it just shows the subject as
"Hotels".
Is there a way to make that appear as "Hotels - Tuscany" ?
I'm not a computer guru, so I don't know if that is a big
task or something simple to implement.
