Blocked members and anchor links

When a member who is blocked has made the earliest unread post in a thread, the anchor links get messed up and following the link to the thread leaves you at the top of the page, kind of wondering what's going on.
Feature request: detect the above situation and link to the first non-blocked post.
Not important, of course, just an annoyance.
