2A) Do you know how many casinos in the US and abroad offer 20x and 100x odds on Craps, and who they are? It would be nice to have a list on WizardOfVegas!

Good questions, thanks!

I can answer 2A now: WoV craps survey

Thursday is another AMA and I'm accepting more questions.

Actually, Craps in Las Vegas are covered really well. There is even an interactive map: https://crapsmaps.com/
I meant rest of the US and abroad. For example, Horseshoe Hammond in Chicago, Rivers Casino, Des Plaines and Grand Victoria, Elgin all offer 100x odds. There is no list of this kind, as far as I know. In Europe, it's pretty bleak. I can only play with 2x (ouch!). Ironically, Gamesys offers 3-4-5x which means I have better Craps online than in casino.

You mentioned studying Astronomy. How far did you get with that, and did you want it as a career?
the next time Dame Fortune toys with your heart, your soul and your wallet, raise your glass and praise her thus: “Thanks for nothing, you cold-hearted, evil, damnable, nefarious, low-life, malicious monster from Hell!” She is, after all, stone deaf. ... Arnold Snyder

It's more like a feedback, by you seem to forget on your outstanding online Blackjack comparison survey https://wizardofodds.com/games/blackjack/online-survey/ about two winners - Microgaming Classic Blackjack (0.09% house edge) and Desperado Blackjack on Paf Casino (0.04%). The latter has the same rules as Bovada and Ignition single deck.

Could the current financial state of casinos affect progressive jackpot winners who took a 25-year installment payout?

I'd like to buy Heather's book when it comes out but she seems to be doing a George RR Martin. Could you ask her if she's doing any writing during this down time?

Apart from craps, why do you think dice games do so poorly in US casinos? Is there a dice game you've seen that you wish would become a Vegas standard?
Have you tried 22 tonight? I said 22.

RE: Temperature Sensing.
just as the ears have microbodies that are instantly sensitive to gravity, the brain's blood supply has two iron-based microbodies that are immediately sensitive to temperature changes. ALL viruses love iron, particularly the current threat, so any disruption in forehead temperature is a good indicator. Arm temperature would be useless.
