Where can I get a career at Wynn Resorts?

I have been trying to figure this out for a while, but how do I obtain a career at Wynn Resorts? Does anyone have any contacts that they know that works directly at the casino that might be a referral? I am trying to get into the industry by working for Wynn, I find it quite admiring working for such a company.

If you are looking for a referral then I would probably use a more professional moniker.
Expect the worst and you will never be disappointed.

If you want a referral you generally have to start at a different casino and work your way into Wynn. I would suggest taking any job at a Strip Casino in your chosen career, excel there and then try and move your way into Wynn.
