I am trying to find who to contact at MGM Resorts International with a rather insignificant request.

In 2010 and early 2011, the websites for Vdara, Aria, Skylofts and Signature all had fancy flash-based intro "movies" that included music soundtracks that I enjoyed. Sure they were just repeating loops to accompany the flash-based links for visitors to click, but I did enjoy them. I recall being stuck on a crummy business trip in Akron OH in the middle of winter and loading up the site for Vdara to play some music while I sat in the hotel room... a sort of spirit booster (since I had plans to be in Vegas in May).

Since then, it looks like MGM has gone away from flash for these sites and have removed the music. The one site that is still in the 'old style' is actually for CityCenter. (http://www2.citycenter.com/luxury_las_vegas_condos/default.aspx?link=vdara). The Skylofts site was drastically redesigned and also has a soundtrack, but isn't quite what I'm looking for.

I did at one time email a member of the sales team for City Center to inquire about my request, but it obviously was passed over.

Sadly, the Internet Wayback Machine doesn't cache multimedia files, so while I can see what the old site looked like, I won't be able to get the music.

I know I should just give up on this, but I know for a fact there must be a member of the MGM Resorts Intl web team who has time to dig up some wav/mp3s and send them to a random customer. I've seen equally large corporations give away on sillier requests.

Does anyone know who I would contact?

I don't have any names per se, but I'd start with corporate marketing. Write a postal letter - you may get a response.

I stand corrected! It looks like the Wayback Machine does cache multimedia objects...

For those interested..
