After winning three million bucks in 5 days a Michigan woman was notified there was a glitch and denied everything except $100,000 she had already removed.
Lower courts said she had no jurisdiction to sue and it was solely the discretion of the gaming board which if I understand it has ruled in the casino's favor.
However the gaming board didn't divulge that BetMGM had violated gaming regulations in the process and the womans lawyer only found out in an information request act.
It went to the Michigan supreme Court which in a unanimous 6-0 ruling found there was nothing in the new online legislation that prohibits common law rules for a lawsuit involving winnings.
So now it goes back to the lower courts for a trial.

Anyone know what the ‘glitch’ was?
Anyone know if she was the only person to take advantage of this ‘glitch’?

It does not appear to be a glitch that's obvious or required a particular move. It was a newly installed game which seems to have been inadvertently set to +EV.
The woman's account kept growing such that within a day or two she went from $5 wagers all the way to the max $5000 per spin.
It was a roulette variant. It was removed in it's entirety subsequent to her week long winning streak.
There's nothing else about it in the article.
