How often can you use these freebies?
In July my freebies were Ka, Zarkana and MGM dinner buffet
Going back Dec 1-5,
Picked MGM 1 nite free room and Chris Angel. For number 3 I tried the MGM dinner buffet, was refused. So I picked the Aria buffet instead.
Was surprised MGM buffets was refused. Can only use same reward once a year?
Also planning on going back to Vegas for Christmas
Can I still use rewards? I figure probably not with early dec trip so close to late Dec trip.
Anybody know what the frequency rules are?
For the MGM rewards it's 3 per 30 days - unless you buy a lot of chips packages then you could potentially get 4, 5, or 6 per 30 days.
And if you used the MGM buffet already this year, it won't let you purchase that again until they release a new "batch." The only way to really know if they've released a new batch of any reward is if the terms have changed (i.e. They update the blackout dates for 2016) or the LP price has changed.

Of course, as myV gets more popular, they should try and increase the prize pool. I can also imagine MGM thinking just the opposite, depending if getting people into their properties through myV can be shown to increase their gambling, rooming, dining profits.

I just went to Zarkana last Friday and I think your guess about the overall theater size could be correct. They were not using the balcony, only the lower level. The balcony is big, so if they are not counting it in your stats then the Aria theater would easily be the largest.
I went to the Elvis show in the same theater when it first opened and I think they were using the balcony at that time. Zarkana is closing in a few months but I haven't heard what the next show will be.
I needed to get a couple thousand more gold points before an upcoming trip, so that accomplished that. I also don't mind supporting myVegas, with-in reason.
Now, if I can only find the few seconds per day when the BEATLES LOVE award is available.

It used to be light. But $540 for a 1M point award is okay now, imo. Not like this game is going to actually improve with items that Vegas locals can buy.
I don't think there is a cap on earning gold points on the regular game playing on a laptop computer either. In the past day and a half, I have earned approx 30K gold. Some of that was from a lucky daily spin and multiplier for having a lot of myVegas Facebook friends. The rest was from multiple level-ups from cycling a lot through at 60k red chips per spin.Quote: ams288

Slots. When the Konami slots mobile app came out I got on a heater and got up to like 500 million chips betting 900K a spin.
I've also had good runs on the regular slots app. It seems when the release a new game - they are always looser for the first week or so. So I usually hoard chips till they add a new game.

The amount of gold LPs you can earn from actually playing the slots on Facebook is 2000 in a 24 hour period (unless you buy a chip package - then that restriction goes away).
There is no restriction on the amount you can get from leveling up multiple times in a day.

I seem to recall the MLife hotels cutting back on the free rooms, and the few that were offered were limited to one night stays; also, a lot of the buffets require a stay at an MLife property now, and that's not just for the "discount price." However, I thought the Station properties were still offering free rooms without much of a restriction.
Something else to be careful about: the number of non-Vegas offers are increasing. I can see it now: "I just scored a great deal on a restaurant discount! Juet one question: where is the Graton casino? What's that? Just off the freeway, south of St. Rose Parkway, you say? And why did you say it in Spanish - 'Santa Rosa'?"

They've cut the room rewards way way back. Most of the 2 free buffet rewards are gone as well.
For me, it's all about the Freeplay and single buffets these days.

We were there in October. The rewards seem to be way different than they were just in October. Owell I guess I got a lot of good value out of it while it lasted.
I currently still play the game to collect chips, and I have even occasionally purchased a few chips when they are on a deep discount. I don't mind supporting myVegas a bit considering all of the value I have gotten out of it in the past couple of years.

I was able to get one of the very limited ones yesterday thanks to this. Snatched it up at 1:08 EST (10:08 PST).
After the first visit, when I signed up for MLife, good comps were offered, including room, food credit, and entertainment.
The gravy train lasted until last year: now I get zero offers.
Nada.
My host says my level of play is no longer enough to warrant the perks I'd been receiving.
Things have tightened up at MLife, apparently.

2F. Be sure you go to the Total Rewards website, sign in, and opt-in for the "Spring Bonus" if you haven't. After June 30th, you get 50% bonus on all tier credits earned during April, May, and June.

Which month? Currently, the only days off listed for the rest of 2016, besides all Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, are the Monday after Electric Daisy Carnival, August 23-31, Halloween, and 11/29-12/14 (National Finals Rodeo period).
I don't mind (too much) a level playing field. It would be nice , though, if they weren't so stingy on the amount of Beatles LOVE tix. So no, none of your FB settings/name has to be legitimate. But, when you go to purchase your reward you need to fill it out with your correct information, so when you go to redeem it in person it matches your ID. Hope that helps

Yes thank you. Yeah I have no problem giving the actual casinos my information, I just really hate facebook. From what I understand the main way your facebook account will get flagged outside of you spamming / advertising / etc is if one of your facebook "friends" decides to report you themselves.
Curious, what are the best rewards out there where you DON'T have to be staying at the hotel where you're redeeming it? It sucks that you can't get a free buffet for anywhere unless you're staying there....but you can get 2 for 1.

Then why do you want free stuff on the property? Has to be a two way street. Too many people abused the system in the first place which is why these restrictions were bought in. They now only appeal to the people that MGM actually wants on the property, I think thats a good thing.
