I am annoyed at myvegas. Went to use a hotel reward tonight and the availability calender showed available but after I bought the reward and went to book it said no. I want to do a different hotel but it won't let me because I have an active reward. I am trying to cancel it but they don't really tell you how to cancel. Has anyone cancelled a reward? If so how do I do it?

I think you have to call the MyVegas Rewards phone number to cancel a reward.
As for the "you can't book two different hotels," that's a somewhat new policy. I assume they got tired of people booking one night each at three different hotels.
Now I have 2 extra rewards that I can use that I was going to use rewards for.

Nope, it's easy. I do it all the time. Go to Rewards / My Purchases / Click on the specific Reward / Click on Cancel.

There is a small Visitor Center at Red Rock Canyon that the little ones might enjoy. And/or a hike/piggy back ride there ?
You would need a rental car.

I go to Vegas 5-6 times a year and use 3 rewards every trip.
I usually go solo so the buffet rewards are perfect for me.
Lately it's getting harder and harder to find rewards that will actually work for me. I've run through most of the good Freeplay and buffet rewards (I have no desire to eat at the Monte Carlo buffet).

Its ridiculous. So you have 90 days to use it. I just tried every single day for the next 90 days and not a single day was available. So what is the purpose of even making it available on the store. Now I have to explain to my 4 year old why we aren't going, or find them cheap elsewhere.

Lol it was an exaggeration. I think the resort fees and taxes are $38 a day give or take a few bucks. Although $100 for a 3 day stay can't be complained about to much.
I need 3 tickets so instead of using 2 myvegas and buying a third I figured I might as well get the companion pass since it is less points. However, it has been sold out for days. Is there a certain day or time that they add new quantities?

MGM may not have a huge selection but what the do have seems to be good quality and flavor. Ill take it over many other places.
I'm just back from my third trip to the Hippodrome. They offer various no-neg chips for very little MV points on the condition that you only use 2 a day.
Well I got me £100+50+25+10+5 which I've slowly turned (without spending a singly picture of the queen) to £240.
Still not completely sure what they hope to get out of this promotion (they currently dropped the £100 reward, but ~99% of £90 is still a HUGE price to pay to get people through the door), but money is money...

Rewards do not reload at 10 am EST anymore. They changed it a while back.
Reload times are random everyday. Usually between 7 am and noon Vegas time.

Of course, as myV gets more popular, they should try and increase the prize pool. I can also imagine MGM thinking just the opposite, depending if getting people into their properties through myV can be shown to increase their gambling, rooming, dining profits.

In July my freebies were Ka, Zarkana and MGM dinner buffet
Going back Dec 1-5,
Picked MGM 1 nite free room and Chris Angel. For number 3 I tried the MGM dinner buffet, was refused. So I picked the Aria buffet instead.
Was surprised MGM buffets was refused. Can only use same reward once a year?
Also planning on going back to Vegas for Christmas
Can I still use rewards? I figure probably not with early dec trip so close to late Dec trip.
Anybody know what the frequency rules are?
