It occurs to me that Craps needs a bet that does not lose on 7-out rolled (besides playing the dark side, & besides "any 7" of infamous suckerhood)

How about a two-roll North-/Southbound bet. You bet either "northbound" - that the second of the next two rolls will be higher than the first - or "southbound" - that the second of the next two rolls will be lower than the first? The bet pushes if the first roll (after placing the bet) is a "7", and all ties between the two rolls lose. A second roll of "7" can win for Northbound if first roll is any "2" through "6" and for Southbound if first roll is any "8" through "12". Wins pay even money. EV = -8.49%.
