Hello everybody,
I’m an Italian game creator, and I’d like to share a project refined over seven years of development: HEXA.
With a patented design, verified through millions of virtual and live simulations, and a customizable house edge, HEXA offers a dynamic, secure, and engaging experience—perfect for diverse markets and high-stakes environments.
HEXA has been registered along with its hundreds of variants and showcased at several Italian events and fairs, earning excellent feedback from a wide-ranging audience. It has also been featured as a side event during poker tournaments, proving its appeal and potential to boost casino revenue while being easy to learn and highly addictive.
I’m reaching out to explore potential feedback or partnerships.
If you’re interested, I’d be happy to provide access to detailed materials (game mechanics, statistics, and a presentation video) or arrange a live demo.
Looking forward to your insights!

Can you please describe your game? Is it played with dice, cards, or a wheel?

Here you are the core game description:
HEXA is a head-to-head dice game where players roll 4 dice each, aiming to form the best possible combination matching the two rolled by the dealer.
Each player can re-roll up to twice, locking the dice they wish to keep — strategy and risk management are key.
At the end of each turn, players compare combinations: the winner removes one of their dice from play.
The first to eliminate two dice wins the match.
Combinations range from a simple Pair up to HEXA (six of a kind), including Sequences, Tetra, Penta, and Triple Pair.
In case of ties, the highest value wins.

This game seems kinda like Yahtzee and I like that it’s a bit strategic while also being pretty original.
I think the most obvious obstacle to this game’s success is that only two people can play at a time.

Thanks a lot for the feedback.
The game can be played from 2 to 8 players and can be release also as a slot version.
The video shows only the core game with 2 players in order to avoid confusion but 8 players can play HEXA matching their dice with the dealer's ones.
There are also different versions with cards and other rules.

Ah okay, that is better then.
Does the house take commission or how is money made in this table game?
Is the slot machine competitive too?
Eight players would require 34 dice, I hope casinos wouldn't mind that :D

The house got its edge (or cagnotte if you prefer the french version) that is settled between 3% and 5%
Slot machine can be made competitive but requires players that are connected at the same times (like an online Texas Hold'em tournament) or a version against the slot ... I'm looking for a software house that want to develop this part.
... 34 dice and 9 dice scanners plus a tablet connected to the table in order to have a complete anti fraud system.

Your game reminds me a lot of LOTREC.
Not in terms of mechanics at all, but in terms of vibes (you are coming from Europe to propose multiple new games comprising a unique gaming system that you created). I think casinos might be reluctant to try something this new - but you seem very dedicated so I hope your efforts pay off.
Did you develop a sort of "basic strategy" for beginners?

Thanks a lot for your support
I work on this game since 2019 and I've made million (literally) of tests. As an ingeneer and IT teacher I'worked a lot on his math (I can show spreadsheets of numbers, graphics, simulations and everything you need to know about every game details).
The strategy is really easy and I can teach it easily
