Since I don't know the paytables (or I missed where I can find them), I can't give my full opinion, but I think the premise isn't a bad one. It's definitely better than "Ten Hand Hold 'em". The screens describing the game moved faster than I liked for examination, but I'm three beers in tonight. I also would think offering 8% house edge would kill this game.

Hi! Welcome to the forum, and good luck with your game.

I saw some things I liked, and some I didn't. Mechanically, the slideshow went pretty fast for the amount of info on each slide. If there's a pause mechanism available, it would be welcome. I had to back-arrow several times to complete my thought process about what you were saying. Otherwise, perhaps a longer interval for each slide would help, because you do have the forward-arrows that people can use if they're done with a slide.

That and everything below is FWIW.

Did not care much for the paytable RTP's of 92,95, think the 97 would be ok. Not sure whether those stats referred to the main game only or if you're including the Blind Eye Bonus in the calculation. Would really want to see the paytables before I knew if I wanted to play, especially at the lower two RTP levels. I'm guessing to get those values, the player would have to know optimum hands cold and always bet the hand with the greatest pre-flop equity. However, if they did that consistently, since there's a winner every hand, seems like a team with one expert player could wipe you out. I guess (again) I'd have to see the paytables.

Not at all fond of the terms "Third Eye Bonus" or "Blind Eye Hand". I understand conceptually you're echoing the Egyptian/Masonic symbol, but the name of the game just sort of hangs out there, without a real relation to the game, and within the hand "Blind Eye" is just a stomach-turning concept to put on a casino table. Just my initial reaction to the theme of it; seems inconsistent to change the terms from "Third Eye" to "Blind Eye".

I like that there will be a winner regardless of how bad the cards are. (Understanding the push if the board plays.) I'm guessing that, if you bet the blind hand of the 4 at step 2, your payoff is greater if that's the winning hand? And the other 3, being fully exposed, pay equally to each other? Does the paytable take into account the poker value of the hand, and if so, at what point do odds kick in on that?

Also, can I fold my ante? Your instructions say I must bet on 1 of the 4 hands at step 2. If they're all random crap, my best move would probably be to fold right there, because in that case, I only have a 1 in 4 chance of guessing what will best fit with the community cards to come. If I can't, as a player I would be unhappy to be forced to continue and spend more money on a hand I'm that likely to fold after seeing the flop.

I would probably try it, pending seeing the paytables, and knowing the answers to some of the questions I asked above. Thanks for sharing it!
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.

First thing you need to do is disable the auto-feed on the demo, or give me that option. Really frustrating !

Looks nice, i might give it a try so long as the HE is below 5%. I think the community cards deserve markings on the table.

Have you considered making the play bet equal to ante+hand or 3xAnte? Typically, in a game of hold'em, the stakes get higher as more cards are revealed. It makes for a more difficult decision to the player if they have to call 3 units as opposed to just 1 unit.

Blind eye is optional ? But seems asinine to bet it before seeing any cards. Or am I missing something ?

Hi Everyone,

Thank your for everyone's invaluable feedback on Third Eye Holdem. We do apologize for the quick movements of the slides. Go Daddy has a 10 sec limitation which we haven't been able to increase. One of our partner's who has taken interest in the game has requested us to remove this thread as we are still in the stages of making this concept better. Thanks Again everyone, we hope to showcase this game in it's ready stage as soon as possible. This site has been tremendous help in providing us information to take our idea to where it is now. It has been an exciting ride so far.

That's F'd up. I'm tempted to post the link that was in the deleted post. I visited it earlier, but didn't have time to respond. But the link is still in my history....
