Aggressive Game Inventor

As a couple of you know, I own a small Casino in Bogota, Colombia. Recently was transferred a phone call from the operator...before answering all I knew was the caller only spoke English. It was a gentleman from Canada. He explained he invented a new game, Lil Gal, a baccarat variation. If he came to Bogota to show me the game, how much would I pay him? Jesus. I said before we broached any sort of discussion, he should send me an email explaining the game. He ignored that and jumped to "If you use the game, what are my participation of the profits?" He wouldn't listen to my responses, so I eventually said send me an email and hung up.

It was so incredibly bizarre.

Is there a gaming commission in Colombia that one must go through to get a new casino game introduced?
Do you have to be a licensed vendor to have a game introduced?
Do you have to have the math verified by a specific company to be accepted?

These are some of the hurdles we face in US.

There is a gaming commission, but no need to approve games.

No need to be a licensed vendor.

No need to verify math.

It's a little of the Wild Wild West down here.

Our baccarat action is decent (I wish it was a lot better). Just one table.

May I interest you in Cameltoe Poker? It's a poker variant where the player gets 5 cards and can draw up to two and has to beat the dealer's best 5 card poker hand from 7 dealt cards. The house edge is so freaking high on a straight up deal that the rules are adjusted to appear to favor the player.
