Found this quote leading up to Australasian Gaming Expo (AGE):

"Free Bet Blackjack and Face Up Stud Poker will be front and center in the booth, in addition to House Money, Shuffle Master's newest blackjack side bet."

We have discussed Free Bet & House Money before on separate threads, but Face Up Stud Poker looks to be another game at SHFL's booth at G2E. Don't know if Roger (Pacman) will give us any clues on Face Up Stud or what games are confirmed for the G2E booth ahead of time.

I am looking forward to trying these games out at SHFL's booth:

Free Bet
House Money
Three Card Mulligan (Wiz's)
Face Up Stud

with the possibility of playing these if they are there:

Three Card BJ (Teliot's)
Bad Beat Ultimate Texas Hold'em (winner of first Focus Group)
Hi-Lo Stud Poker

I don't mean to blow SHFL's horn......but they are going to have a much better collection of new proprietary games than I have seen at their booth in several years. Usually there is one maybe two games that you think "That has a chance or is interesting.....". This year there seems to be two great new games and several others that are in the "That has a chance/is interesting category".

We will show eight new table games at this year's G2E. The games are listed below with the inventor's name in parenthesis:

• Free Bet Blackjack (Geoff Hall): Blackjack game that lets players split and double down without risking any more money.
• Face Up Stud Poker (Internal): Seven-card poker game in which the dealer exposes his entire hand to players before they decide to play or fold.
• Three Card Mulligan (Michael Shackelford): Variation of Three Card Poker that gives players the option of drawing a new hand.
• Raise it Up (Ofir Ventura): Six-cad poker game that lets players risk more—and win more—the earlier they commit to their hand.
• Straight Jack Progressive (Steve Johnston): Progressive side bet for blackjack that wins if the player’s cards make a straight.
• 6 Card Fortune Pai Gow Poker (Internal): Commission-free variant of pai gow poker that features side bets for getting both good and bad hands.
• House Money Blackjack (Internal): Side bet for blackjack that lets players add the proceeds to their main blackjack bet.
• House Money Baccarat (Internal): Side bet for baccarat that lets players add the proceeds to either the Player or Banker side, regardless of which side they originally wagered on.
