Hello all, long time lurker, first time poster. I recently achieved Seven Stars and I am eager to hear about and discuss the perks that come with it. I am pretty familiar with what TR has on its website but I am curious about any unpublished benefits?

Thank you for the great site and forum it has been a hoot to follow for many years, especially Wizard of Odds but I got disinterested when the radio show started and the weekly columns ceased but I still go back and poke around every now and again. Those columns and their wide selection of topics were always a great read. I remember seeing Alan Mendelson on TV as a kid and think it's pretty cool he is a member here. I keep hoping to run into him at Rincon one day :D

Join the club. I ran into Alan at Rincon last year.

There's a much better discussion of 7S benefits at Alan's site. Check out some of the posts of member "Dan Druff." He's probably done a more complete dissection of the 7S system than has ever been done.

The absolute best place to find information on 7 star benefits would be sevenstarsinsider.com

The information is really valuable if you travel to different CET casinos.

That site is a spam site selling domains.

Did you leave out the pluralizing "s" in sevenstarsinsider.com? http://www.sevenstarsinsider.com works.

it's really not very valuable. it's probably worth a few thousand dollars in stuff. if you value the hotel rooms highly, then free rooms at any place is very useful, but they will hit your reinvestment account and so eventually you'll end up very over reinvested and have all the issues that come along with that if you abuse them. of course, if you played, you would get rooms for free whether you were diamond or whatever.

there's a bunch of property specific random perks to make you feel special, you can usually ask the front desk or TR desk and they'll tell you, stuff like a horse carriage ride in NOLA, ski passes and the houseboat in Tahoe (that one's actually pretty nice). that's assuming you are a pretty low rolling player. if you are an extremely big player, then it's actually a little more valuable. hosts will look for players with high market daily value and a certain tier of seven star status (even within the seven star programs, there are tiers, or were in years past). depending on how valuable you are, you can get things like invites to events beyond what your normal direct mail crossmarketing would give you, just imagine things like the seven star experiences that normally require credits or whatever, like sports suites, celeb golf tournament, etc. all the way to invites to some promotions which are very good, like play x amount and get a rolex.

the marketing is very detailed and complex and changes seasonally or at the whim of whoever's in charge. needless to say the level of play needed to receive and sustain offers like that is extremely high, as well as the scrutiny of the highest levels of management to make sure you're worth what you are getting.
