How much coin-in = 1 point?
all I could find is vp: $10 coin-in = 1 point
something tells me e-Craps requires more coin-in than that?
Quote: djatc$200 have fun
It's $200 a point now? Jeez, why offer anything at all?
Quote: AxiomOfChoiceThat's hilarious. Even the 40/10/6 DDB is $50 per point.
wait.. why is ddb $50/point?
thought vp was $10/point?
and holy.. e-Craps is $200/point?
is it shoot-to-win bubble craps at Rio?
edit:
If so, is the $ per points different for the InterOp's e-Craps machine that some other Caesar's properties have?
Quote: 100xOddswait.. why is ddb $50/point?
Not DDB; specifically 40/10/6 DDB which, AFAIK, is only available at the Rio (this is no secret; it has been discussed here before and is on vpfree)
With perfect play, the return is 99.96%.
Quote: ahiromuCan confirm $200 at Rio last month.
How can you tell it was $200/point?
listed somewhere on the machine?

Many better pay VP machines are $50 a point at CZR properties in AC.

Don't the machines have a countdown for how many credits until the next point?
Quote: wudgedDon't the machines have a countdown for how many credits until the next point?
sort of.
instead of a # to get to the next point, it's a bar on this version of InterOp's e-Craps.
so after each roll, the bar starts to fills up.
if you put in enough coin-in, the number of points you've earned for the session goes up and the bar goes back to 0.
unfortunately, I can't accurately keep track of the bar since I'm increasing bets with Buy/Place bets with every roll.
also, the bar doesn't update till something happens with your $.
ie:
point is a 4 and you have $ on the Passline, 6 and 8. nothing on the Come.
A 5 rolls. the bar doesn't get updated even though you have $ at risk.
when a 4, 6, or 8 finally rolls, all those accumulated coin-ins are tallied.
edit:
it's the new version of InterOp's Organic Craps
Quote: TakoshInterestingly, the e-craps machine recently put in at Harrah's Council Bluffs is either $20 or $25/point, so CES may be changing their attitude a bit on how crazy low to go (this is not the shoot to win - it's something else, but follows standard Craps rules and has a side bet).
but is it random or run by rng?

If it isn't, it would be illegal. Iowa is the granddaddy of all riverboat states. And $20/point is only 0.05% of coin-in. Last time I checked in Vegas it was $45/point, but it could have definitely been changed to what dj said by now.
According to the CET Slot Finder, it's an "Organic Craps" machine.

Wouldn't $20/point be 5% of coin in, not 0.05% of coin in? Or am I missing something here?

1 "point" (aka a Reward Credit) is worth 1 cent.

Yes, there's a little sticker on the machine. In addition, as mentioned, there's a countdown on those machine.
I'm pretty sure that the same machine at MGM casinos gives absolutely nothing, but there's a chance I'm wrong with this one.

no, there are at least 3 types of e-Craps machines.
I guess MGM uses 'Bubble' Craps and gives no rewards.
another Caesar's property uses 'Organic' craps v1.0 that has a points countdown listed as a number.
and the one I saw uses Organic craps v2.0 that uses a bar as a points countdown.
and as i wrote above, I cant determine how much coin-in is required to fill the bar.
