No expert here. At those payouts I think if dealt a suited10, J, Q, K, Joker, …. you would discard the Joker! (Not including tax consequences).

Thanks! I recalculated the math after your post. I don't know how I got it wrong the first time but I thought it was way more positive that it was.

Why, yes, you would. There is a 1/47 chance of winning the $7228, for an ER of 153.79, and that doesn't include what you would win if you make a straight or a flush (or get the suited 9 for a straight flush, or get another deuce for a Wild Royal).
