Good afternoon
I was wondering if there are any (significant) strategy differences in bonus poker vs aces and faces. I’m sure there are some goofy penalty card situations that might result in .2% of a credit lost in EV on a situation that occurs once only 5,000 hands but I am not really concerned about that.
At face value, the strategies look pretty much identical

Correct.
I checked it with my iPhone app video poker magician.The major difference lies in the ranking of these two hands.

3 to a Straight Flush 89T
2 to a Royal Flush QA
8/5 Aces Faces
2 to a Royal Flush QA
