I have come across a thread few months back - vulture an Ultimate X Machine

- Take advantage of the Multiplier left behind by the previous player.

So I have decided to give it a try and find few machines with the Multiplier left behind.

On the strip , off strip Casinos and local casinos

I have played only one hand ie take advantage of the multiplier.

Few of the Multipliers that I have played

I am not sure I ever actually addressed this, but I believe it is a good time to vulture with ANY multiplier on the machine, even just one 2x on a 10-play.

Vulturing is very difficult imo

It's a wait and see, walk around the same territory type of play.

Also there is a thread on here about the possibility of casino execs now erasing left over multipliers on UX so maybe that is contributing

That has always been my thought too. And regardless of pay table.

I looked at the first four links you posted. Bad luck. But you're missing something. You're not doing it right. If someone else wants to tell you what you're doing wrong, that's their business. But I say study it yourself, go back over what you've read, and find the mistake yourself.

I will tell him. Only bet 5 coins per hand when vulturing.

Why make it so difficult for him, Rich? Get his address and send him some money.

Wait a minute!

The AP novice was LEAVING behind multipliers

Damn, Bobbartop must be steaming. A valuable AP move ruined. Someone should have found out where and when he was playing and just followed him around

Ultimate vulture move a couple months ago, although it was only worth a few cents to me. Are you familiar with the IGT game called Ring 'em Up? It's nine squares with an all-fruit bonus like Super 8 Race. Anyway, if you line up bells in a certain pattern it goes into a mode of 9 games where the points are worth more. I'm looking at a video poker layout one day and notice on the machine next to me something flashing. I recognized it right away. The game had gone into Turbo Mode or Ring Mode or whatever it's called, and the player walked away. It could have been like that for hours, just waiting for me. I stepped over and put a few bucks in and played off the 9 games. That's actually happened more than once to me.

What would be thrilling, and REALLY the ultimate vulture, would be finding the game Shockwave abandoned in Shockwave Mode. That has never happened to me.

I have never found that either.

Way back when Shockwave first came out I found one in Shockwave mode. The game was rarely played compared to all the other games, on top of that, the odds of someone hitting a four of a kind and not playing the bonus seems fairly rare.

I actually found one once. Playing .25, the machine was flashing something odd, I went to .05, there it was. Did not strike gold. Made me wonder why someone would leave it. Near the buffet at the Orleans. Maybe time to eat...

I say it is best to not help such a person who is obviously not self-motivated in any way. We all see degenerates and all they do is want more than they can obtain through advantage by turning advantage money into disadvantage gambling. Eventually they will find themselves in quick sand anyway and not know it, eventually there will be nobody to ask a question they cannot possibly care to answer themselves. It's different trading answers, but when a person has nothing, nowhere is where they deserve to be and they will be better off, because they will find something they are suited for.

For the most part, I think it's just complete total ignorance where they have no clue they are even in a bonus round. They just assume all the flashing is because they just scored a four of a kind. They're overcome with happiness so they hit that cash out button and head for the cashier.

My gf while watching me play found an abandoned one at Tunica roadhouse once on quarters because she has better hearing than me. She wasn't interested in playing it, so I did. But I mostly bricked though. She's also found a 10/6 DDB bartop gaffe before. For as little VP as she plays, she's pretty observant.
