Too bad we USA players can't play at Playtech software joints now because the 25-cent 9-6 JoB progressive is at $1950 right now. (at Tuesday almost 3:00 p.m.) I guess you can if you're in Canada. It really sucked when they pulled out of the US, I used to play this all the time. Didn't even have to get dressed. Nice software, too.

Sorry for my ignorance... I'm guessing this is an online casino that no longer allows americans? Not sure exactly how you'd cash out (maybe a friend in another country could set the account up or take the cash out and transfer to you) but you should be able to play using a VPN. With the way security is going now days everyone should pretty much get a $60/year VPN subscription so they can log on from anywhere in the world securely.
Playing it correctly means you've already won.

I think they can detect the use of VPN's if they want to. Using a remote computer control app or server would work. If they take BC, payment shouldn't be a problem.Quote: RomesSorry for my ignorance... I'm guessing this is an online casino that no longer allows americans? Yeah, you can say that again. Your $4569 hit must have been one of the highest ones, I remember some in the neighborhood of $5000. Best I ever did was $1700. I used to watch it like a hawk. I think it's a 2% meter, but resets at $300. In the old days I remember also being able to qualify for bonuses, even when other joints had disallowed video poker or restricted it.
It's been a long time since they passed the "port security act" in 2006. I always thought they would straighten things out, but it's going on 12 years now. I should face it, things will never be like they were again. It was the wild west. I think someday it is inevitable, online will be wide open again but with its own American twist. Sadly, by then, I might be in Heaven. But I don't want to sit on a cloud and play a harp. Screw that. I want to play video poker.
By the way, looks like the one yesterday hit about $2020 or so. Not too shabby.

Yeah, having won that I figured it was time to push the limits, so just a few minutes later I hit:
I have to give Royal Dice credit. They payed it out, although at a $5,000 per month rate.
Dang port security act.
