Saw this VP game at the local casino. It mentions a hand with an mix of 3-treys will result in triple payout in the next 9 hands.
Pay Table is
Royal-800
Straight Flush-80
Quad A-80
Quad 234-40
Quad 5 thru K-25
Full House-9
Flush-5
Straight-4
Trips-3
Two Pair-1
Jacks+-1

Base game without the bonus on treys work out to 0.877909 according to WoW calculator online. If trip-treys happen more often than once every 194 hands, this game is +EV - assuming quad treys + full house of 3's over pair also qualify, I believe the triggering of the bonus is more frequent than 1 in 194. Would someone please confirm. Would be nice if someone could come up with a precise EV on this game.

Thanks.

More thinking outloud - assuming getting trip-treys during bonus mode will not extend the bonus game counter / re-triple payout. The trip-trey bonus is 0.877909*9*3 ~= 23.7. So maybe we can view the paytable of the game's regular mode as
Royal-800
Straight Flush-80
Quad A-80
Quad 3-63.7
Quad 2/4-40
Quad 5 thru K-25
Full House (3's over pair)-32.7
Full House (other)-9
Flush-5
Straight-4
Trip 3-26.7
Trips (other)-3
Two Pair-1
Jacks+-1

Thought's?

First initial thoughts: The game is probably -EV, but "Vulturable"... If someone hits trip 3's and doesn't know about the bonus and only plays another few hands, then you could swoop in and pick up those juicy 3x's.
Playing it correctly means you've already won.

I believe that is an old game. I remember seeing something like that 5 to 10 years ago.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.
