A bank of six Double Joker Poker machines in Caesars AC currently has a Royal Flush progressive jackpot of ~$3,000 as of 12PM EST, April 20th. These are 25 cent, 1 line machines with $1.25 max bet per hand. The game speed setting can be set to fast. Royal Flush jackpot resets to $2,000.
The comp rate is $1 for every $1,000 coin in for an additional 0.1%, and the jackpot meter adds another 0.25%. The total return is ~102.1%.
The paytable approximately is as follows:
Royal Flush 12,000
Wild Royal 500
5 of a Kind 250
Straight Flush 125
4 of a Kind 40
Full House 25
Flush 20
Straight 15
3 of a Kind 10
2 Pair 5
(Calculated using Wizard's Video Poker Strategy Calculator)
It's a small AP opportunity (about $19/hr), for those close to AC right now (not me). If you like video poker, and want some future mailers/slot play/free rooms from Caesars AC, have at it, and hope to hit the Royal Flush like I did earlier this year!

No way in hell I would have guessed this game was on a newer Game King unit.

Thanks for the tip! Too far for me but I hope one of our east coast members may appreciate it.

This is an update sent by one of my confederates earlier tonight. 5/6 machines empty, but meanwhile, all the quarter 7/5 Jacks or Better machines nearby are taken.
Silly punters. :/

Shots fired! You mean you DON'T use his Special Plays™?! What a fool you are, Ibeatyouraces!
By the way, my source tells me the "wanna-be" APs have arrived and are playing 4/6 machines. These are the silver miners, slot vultures, and bus coupon hustlers who are trying their luck with a couple hundred dollars. Or quarters.

Yeah I know. I'm stupid enough to know with 100% certainty that the odds of 2-2 showing up when at least one die is a 2 is 1/11 :-)

Thanks for this. I was just in A.C. but didn't see this. I need to check WoV more often. I dropped $2,000 on the 3 play 8/5 Bonus Poker progressive in Bally's. It wasn't anywhere near positive.
By the way, with a $3,000 jackpot I show a return of 101.77%, with a variance of 141.9 (ouch!).
