Why does the video poker analyzer say the game is 99.1% yet elsewhere on the site it is stated as being 99.9%?
I adjusted the payable to NSU payout and ran the analysis many times.
What is wrong?

This is my fault.
Deuces Wild is the only Multi-Strike game with different sets of Free Ride probabilities. There is one set for FPDW-type paytables (1-2-2-3-...) and a different set for NSUD-type paytables (1-2-3-4-4-...).
The calculator uses the FPDW-type Free Ride probabilities because those are the only ones I had available when I created it. So when you analyze NSUD, the calculator is using the FPDW Free Ride probabilities, and thus producing incorrect results. The 99.92% return for NSUD is correct. Once I know the NSUD free ride probabilities, I can make the calculator use the correct set of probabilities based on the paytable.
In the meantime, the output from analyzing Multi-Strike Deuces Wild in the video poker calculator can only be trusted for FPDW-type paytables.
