Also does each machine display its own or does it go by the game itself?
Someone please clear up this confusion for me
i messed up the title was supposed to say 100.3%, o well im a moron
on slots, usually it is return, so a house edge of 10% is instead said to be a 90% return - same thing
table games are usually straight % per bet; so 11.3% is a lousy game with less than 89% return
>Also does each machine display its own or does it go by the game itself?
I've never seen any information about edge revealed on any machine or at any table, you have to look it up and it may not be known even to Wizardly people.
PS, 100.3% does mean +EV for perfect play. You have to hit the Royals.
Quote: richbailey86so when it comes to VP its wise to pick a machine that has the highest percentage
Correct. If a place has over 100% machines they will sometimes advertise it, but that is the only time I've ever seen a percentage on the game itself.

in other words to know what games have that high of an edge, research the game before playing

Advertised, this is so. But you can find pay tables with returns in the Wizard's other site and in his book "Gambling 102." I've found the book invaluable for playing VP, including the simple strategies for DW and JoB, and carry it in my purse when I go to the casinos.

I moved the cooking thread to DT. My new project is to research how cooking was done in Roman times, and try to do something similar now.
