Who would you vote to be the 2012 inductee? The forum allows only up to ten choices, so please see page 2 for seven more choices. Between the two polls, please vote once only.

I bet there's a "10" in the source code somewhere that you can change...
That said, if I had to choose it would be Ernie Moody, 'cause I think multiplay video poker is awesome.
Quote: teddysI only know about half those names, and honestly, I don't think any of them rate "hall of fame" status. Everyone I would put in the hall of fame is already there. No need to add someone just for the sake of doing so every four years. Some years the Baseball Hall of Fame doesn't induct anyone.

I'd second that recommendation. Who better than Ernie himself? What a nice guy too!
Ernie Moody's private jet:

His base of knowledge served him well as a two-time Jeoapardy champion.
Knows what stuff? That Ernie Moody invented multiplay VP? The Wizard drove me by his house in Summerlin and told me who he was. It was huge, and it is only one of his many houses. This is in addition to the jet, etc. We can only aspire to be like this guy. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but you've won a ton of money on his games! :)Quote: IbeatyouracesAnybody that knows this stuff has too much time on their hands.
I don't know the other people on the list nor do I care. Everybody who should be in the VP HoF (Dancer, Scott, Shackleford, Paymar, Frome Sr.) is there. Moody is cool but maybe not HoF worthy. The people I mentioned are the ones who discovered VP is a beatable game, and worked out the first strategies for games like JoB and DW. Without them, there wouldn't be any AP VP as we know it.

True! I would agree with Dancer, Scott, and Shack...
