This itinerary intrigued us, we had a deep discount "casino-at-sea" offer from the cruise line for it, we're both retired so we had the time do do it, SO WE DID ! Deja Vu All Over Again. We just got back home recently.
We were able to upgrade to a balcony at the last minute for a reasonable upcharge, and I am glad we did that. Here is the list price and the itinerary for the same cruise we just did, except 2025 is shown:
CASINO:
It was never very busy in the small casino and it was non-smoking, which was fine by me. Our offer included free drinks while playing in the casino. I played 6/5 Bonus VP and Fun 21. Mrs Q started out on various VP games but then "drifted" over to the slots..
Yes, we lost some money gambling on the trip, but NOT nearly the kind of money shown above. At least one of the other pickleball players I spent time with was also on a casino offer.
MISC:
The RT flight from Miami to Buenos Aires was surprisingly reasonable, around $ 600 pp.
We weren't able to actually step foot onto Antarctica, but we spent 4 days cruising around to some wonderful sights. We were able to see penguins fairly often, and whales occasionally, from the ship.
Here are a few more pix:

There's emptiness behind their eyes
There's dust in all their hearts
They just want to steal us all and take us all apart

How I Learned To Survive On An Antarctica Island By Eating Penguins And Drinking My Own Pee.
I would have been so afraid of smacking into a rogue iceberg or some kind of horrible thing going wrong.

Hahaha. Nope, we got home just fine and met some great people on the cruise as well.
