You also need to make it seem like you also have multiple women at the same time youre with them and joke with them about it as well in a serious but playful manner. This is psychology 101. Believe it or not women will lose any desire to cheat when you do this. Women cheat to 'get back at you' or 'make you feel bad'. If you basically tell them you dont care, they will never do it. Sounds crazy but its how humans especially women work.
Its the same thing with drinking age limits in other countries. They have a lower drinking age limit but somehow have less drinking and driving fatalities or drinking related crimes compared to the US. Humans, when they are given freedom to do what they want, they will do less of it, but if theyre restricted to do something, they will have a rush to break the law more often. Once again all psychology and it applies to relationships as well.

This is where men get confused. It's not the 'asshole' that gets you laid and more women, it's the fact you care less, show less insecurities, and give off the vibe that you have other options. This deprives them of the ability to 'want' to cheat as I mentioned before why and it's due to basic psychology. They then become obsessed with you since they're always wondering what you're up to. The more a woman thinks about you when you're not around, the more they fall in love with you.

treat them like crap. Don't call them
back, stand them up, never compliment
them. I had several GF's who I treated

I listened to Tom sometimes back in LA and like most talk radio, he is a comic book character describing a comic book world.
Meaning there is plenty of truth in what he says. And it is true that our society is so pro woman anti male it is like a comedy sketch. I think even basic advice for men, like women might get pregnant to trap you, is now conidered misogyny because it suggests that women are less than 100% good and that it's ok for a man to look out for himself.
Tom is like a comedy sketch in the opposite direction. And maybe some guys need to hear that stuff. But the problem is if you are a credulous type with low self esteem yourself and you make it your gospel, you'll kind of make a fool of yourself.
I'm reasonably certain Tom would agree if you spoke to him off the air.
But in a nutshell, I'd point out that if you're entire viewpoint on women is that you are terrified of losing in a relationship and only want to get over on them to "win" and go arouund bragging about getting laid like a teenager, you probably have some very significant self esteem issues yourself.

Yeah, Ace, you know how fond i am of you, but I'm not going to debate this further here. We all went 'round on it several years ago, and nobody convinced anybody.
I will agree that your "hungry for a woman" come-on was not your best approach. I think it does help.for you (any guy) to be less interested (whether it's true or not) than she is initially. But the women you attract with the 'crap on them' approach aren't worth your time in the long run, either.

Tom Leykis was married four times by his early 30s. His advice is aimed entirely at his former self. It's one thing for the 19 - 26 year-old guy who hasn't had the life experience to that there is anything they may want outside the sex part. Once you've made it past the stage it's just as good to strike out on your own terms than hit a homerun playing by someone else's rules.
I don't like the bar scene and I am not going to strategize the timing of phone calls. I like coffee and if a lady joins me it's even better regardless of what it may or may not lead to. I don't care for alcohol, so I'm not going to endure it simply because some guys need it to get to certain places. If I had a good time on the last date and think I might have a good time on the next one, I'll ask her out again and it's not going to be based around the probability of what might happen after. And if it doesn't work out the way I'm hoping I can still go about my life the way I want without breaking stride.
It has absolutely nothing to do with a-hole or nice guy, it is entirely about being able to take care of yourself so that you can take care of others and they can take care of you. And it's really weird if what it means to be "taken care of" doesn't change throughout your life. And if you stay stuck on those teenage needs for so long, just find a job and budget a part of your paycheck for it

Horrible advice. The way to keep a woman and make her obsessed with you and never cheat is to be the person she fell in love to begin with. Dont change for no one. Live your life the way you were living before you met her. Too many people meet the girl of their dreams and then 'change' to the point they're not the same person anymore. Not to mention, men get too soft as you described above. Women love to secretly be swept off their feet. They want you to lead. They want to be 'controlled' in a way, but they won't admit that. You also need to put an image in her mind that you're happy regardless or not she's with you and that nothing will change regardless if you break up. She doesn't want to tag along a puppy with her, she and all women want to chase the man and be a part of their extravagant life.
