A while back they changed the way the cards are dealt. Before, the dealer would get their cards in line with all the other players at the table. Now, the dealer takes both cards consecutively after the flop and burning one card. This has seemed to make a significant difference in how often the dealer wins, to the benefit of the house. Does it really make a difference statistically how and when the dealer takes their 2 cards? Of course Foxwoods claims it makes no difference.

It makes no difference.
You could deal differently, but that's the same as if the cards has been shuffled differently.
It's the same as someone at third base at BlackJack does not affect the dealer's hand.
