(1) There have been all kinds of discussion on house edges in %'s. In terms of dollar amount, say, how much does a $5 Blackjack table take in (drop?) and make (hold?) on a weekday, and /or on a weekend day, may be 12 hr shift or 24 hrs? I would like to know if anyone has the "field" data, not the theoretical math numbers. May be there are internet sites that have the dollar numbers? May be the numbers are super proprietary.

(2) I saw Gold Coast, Vegas had $3 Blackjack table last weekend. The economy is really bad now...

House edge ranges from an official 0.23 percent but adjusting for ordinary players (3.5%) and really terrible players (8%) a good working hypothesis (and easier math) is that a table runs at 4% house edge and has a Win Rate of 12.5%. Only the individual casinos have a per shift or per day figure.

This info is posted online by some states' Gaming Commissions.
Action levels can vary hugely. What you would be looking at is hold, or the percentage of money kept by the table as profit.
Some tiny tables at a $3 house might see $2,000 in drop per day, and hold $400. Some might drop $500,000+, and hold $70,000 in a day. Really varies.
The hold on BJ is lower in mature markets, about 12%. Most games (Roulette, Craps, Pai Gow, side games) should hold between 20% to 30%.
