How many players can it carry to the casino each trip? may be about 20??

Depends on how they set them up. That sounds like a good guess though. Since they are running two of them, and the trip is not too far, it shouldn't be a big wait on either end (barring any mechanical problems). What happens if both should break down? How will folks get back to shore? What if there is a medical emergency? How will they get paramedics there? What if there is a fire on board? Where is everyone supposed to evacuate to?

Just talked to someone there: 2 boats, with the 3rd one on standby. Can take 65 guests per trip - more than a gambler bus... Every guest pays $10 to ride and will receive a $10 play coupon.

Hmm, if each boat can carry 65, then they are not the traditional WW2 design, but much bigger. The water is only supposed to be two feet deep, so they actually won't need to "float".
