Is there a way to see how many of each table game each casino has? Do they have to maintain an active list with their states casino commission? Are there any private websites where this info is posted? I live in NJ, so I'm really looking for AC info, but I go to LV occasionally, so I'm also curious if its available in LV. Thanks!

Nevada lists licenses for table games which is generally considered to be a numerically valid indication of the games actual existence in a casino though just because a casino has paid a license does not mean they are required to maintain the availability of the game.

It is in the casino's economic interest to actually utilize licenses so as to derive income from the fees they have paid but there is no requirement for them to do so. Physical renovations, redecoration and maintenance derived from routine and exceptional events will often make actual count slightly less than licenses issued.

One Strip casino pays a license for one game but only makes it available to one specific player.
