Regular Pai Gow Poker in Vegas

My favorite game to play is regular Pai Gow Poker, and I've been extremely disappointed that it seems nearly all casinos in Vegas have replaced it with Face Up Pai Gow Poker, which is much less fun. Anyone know any casinos that still offer the original game?
