I understand how the Pairs bet has 86,320 possible ways.
How do you count the ways when the player and banker pairs bet are considered? i.e. the either pair bet. Or the Tiger Pairs bet? 7,379,583,120 ways.

The same way - after the player cards are dealt, there are 414 cards remaining, so for each way of dealing the player's cards, there are 414 x 413 / 2 = 85,491 different ways of dealing the banker's two cards.
86,320 x 85,491 = 7,379,583,120.
