Three card poker: dealer is exposing a corner of their bottom hole card which has a black stripe if the card is T,J,Q,K,A, or no black stripe if 9-2 (I believe this is for checking for natural 21 in Blackjack). Is there an edge to be had here? I know there is a small edge if you can distinguish paint from Ace from low card, but I'm not sure about this.

The Ace mark is different than the paint mark if it’s a BJ deck.
The race is not always to the swift, nor the battle to the strong; but that is the way to bet.

You're right. So I'm only seeing T,J,Q,K or A-9 every time and only sometimes seeing the other corner which shows A/not-A.

Just 10 and non ten ? don't bother cause it is 3 CARD POKER .You only see 1 card right ? if it is all 3 cards then ...i would say yes . just wait for for the experts to chime if it's for all 3 cards ..

Assuming you have no information for dealer's first and second card but have partial info for third card : -

Scenario A
1) If third card is A, raise if your hand >= A92
2) If third card is T/J/O/K, raise if your hand >= QT6
3) If third card is 2-9, raise ALL

If your Ante payoff is 1/4/5 and use above strategy, then you have ev = +1.87%

Scenario B
1) If third card is A, raise if your hand >= A92
2) If third card is J/O/K, raise if your hand >= QJ5
3) If third card is 2-T, raise ALL

If your Ante payoff is 1/4/5 and use above strategy, then you have ev = +2.41%

Very much appreciated, thank you!

Can you calculate a scenario for either K/Q/J/T or A/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9? I imagine it's very close to zero or slightly negative EV.

Again, thank you very much for providing this.

The problem here is to find the optimum strategy for A/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9 . . . .I guess should raise ALL.

Scenario C
1) If third card is T/J/O/K, raise if your hand >= QT6
2) If third card is A/2-9, raise if your hand >= Q32(EDITED !)

If your Ante payoff is 1/4/5 and use above strategy, then you have ev = -2.93%

Just don’t. 3CP awful game. You got a Q dealers got a K. You have K they they have A. You have A they have a pair. You have a pair they have a flush. You have a flush, they have a straight. You have a straight, they don’t qualify.

There’s been several stories of players and teams who have played it extensively and nearly all gave up and ended below EV. I mean if someone wants to play it then that’s their choice
