There is an online game called Texas Hold'em Shootout in which you play against two simple bots. It can be played here for fun or for real. Please analyze this game and make a strategy.

Those of us in the United States can't play even the free version.

I thought this was a different game with a very similar name. I haven't found any analysis of it anywhere. And we can't play it. You're on your own.

Maybe you're referring to what I call Texas Shootout.

Not for nothing, but the more I think about it, the more this thread seems like spam.

I can't speak to the spam aspect (though I doubt it - there's little point in advertising a website with georestriction to a site with mostly US readers). However, the game is not the same as the one Wizard has on the WoO site as Texas Shootout. It's a WagerWorks (IGT) game. See p. 46 of this document:

No, this is a completely different game, even though their names are similar.

I got to the game, and from what I can gather it is a Texas Hold em variation where you play against 2 bots. The initial options are all in, raise or fold (based on your hole cards) following that you can bet a flat bet on each street.
And from playing the free play I dont think a great deal of time or effort should be spent on it. Even the freeplay seemed to screw me.

We know what you want done. Asking repeatedly will not change the fact that Unfortunately the mathematically inclined cannot access the site. And I have neither the ability, nor time to even attempt it.
From what I can see it does not seem a "beatable" game, or even to have a decent game for the player.
EDIT - this post was written before Dimitri edited his above post to include further rules.

And it's more like a mix of World Poker Tour 10X All-In Hold'em and Hold 'Em Challenge
