Assuming you found a dealer that flashed one card every hand, how would you maximise your profit, without it looking like your a cheat. Would YOU consider this cheating? Would you bet the max every hand?

Is it cheating? Hell, no! It isn't my fault the dealer showed me the card. The courts/Nevada Gaming Control Board has taken this position every time a hole carding player sued for damages due to unlawful detainment for this reason.
When I have the opportunity, I take it. My bet will be according to my bankroll, advantage, and variance, per the Kelly Criterion.

I have noticed that I am getting a good read over (80%) from over 25% of dealers. These all happen to be female dealers and the best ones are female dealers that look like they really don't like their job or want to go home.
