Casino Razz Bonus

The Casino Razz Bonus is a low-ball based side bet, paying according to how low a 5-card hand is. Aces are low, straights and flushes don't count against the player, yada yada yada. I think it is in use only in Casino Hold Em at some tables, but could be tacked onto any poker-based game that uses a 52-card deck and can specify five specific cards.
