At the casino where I work, I have been told (if asked by the customer) to bet on Q-ten or better, otherwise fold.

WoO says perfect strategy is Q/6/4, for a house edge of 3.37%. If you bet on just Q high or better (mimic the dealer), the house edge goes up to 3.45%.

So, Q ten or better would be between the two, is not a bad strategy, is a little bit easier to follow than Q/6/4, and of course would have a house edge between 3.37% and 3.45%.

I'm just curious, what is the house edge if you bet on Q/ten or better, otherwise fold?

Fold anything below Q/10 has a house edge of 3.87%. Remember, Q-10-2 (the lowest playing hand in this case) is higher than both Q-6-4 and Q-3-2 (the lowest "queen high" hand).
A few other strategies:
K/3: 4.99%
Q/J: 4.35%
Q/9: 3.58%
Q/8: 3.43%
Q/7: 3.38%
Q/6: 3.38%
Q/5: 3.40%
Q/4: 3.43%

However, I am a follower of "element of risk" more than "house edge" (in this case, HE is based on every hand having a bet of 1, even though any hand where you do not fold has a bet of 2; EOR divides the total loss by the total amount bet).

Actually, it's the reverse--if I were to fold every hand worse than a queen-high straight, I would be playing against a huge house edge. (lol)

But of course, Don's "Q J 10 4.985533 %" means that if I always fold Q J 9 or worse, I am playing against a 4.985533% house edge.

Presumably one would not fold on a Q J 10, especially with the pair plus bet since that's a guaranteed win. :-)

I just realized something, looking at that table... Q-anything (i.e. mimic the dealer) is 3.45% (i.e. the lowest Q high, which is Q 3 2). But Q-10 is 3.87%. Why would the casino suggest Q-10 rather than just Q high? Increased profit?

I'd be impressed if I heard a dealer recommend that. Most of the time I just hear them telling people to get money on all the bonus bets because 'that's where the money is'.

Dealers (not the casino) would possibly suggest it because they see players lose mediocre queens a lot and forgetting that you only need to win one out of three times to make playing better than folding. They definitely would think playing any queen high was worse because they would see even more weak queens lose.
