I saw an interesting rule at the Casino at the Empire in London which is part of Caesars.
"When Bank wins with the hand containing a Red 8, you won’t pay the 5% commission on the first £200 of your bet"
This should push the house advantage of the banker bet to under 1%, however I'm curious what the exact number is.
Anyone smart enough to figure that out? :-)

With 8 decks and commission on win (i.e. bank win pays 19-20, as opposed to 20-21), I get 0.81% through simulation.
