How many hands on average do you think are dealt in Ultimate Texas Holdem? I'm guessing 40. Not sure what casinos consider the hold to be.

40 seems high, that's 90 seconds per round. On a full table, probably more like 20-30 HPH. But I'd defer to others who play UTH more often than I.

I just played 60 minutes and counted 35 hands.

I think on average 25-30 hph,but of course it depends on the dealer as well as what bonus bets are offered and how many players at the table.
