I have a couple questions about when the Joker is used as an Ace.

Your high hand: A, Q, 10, 8, 6
Dealer's high hand: Joker, Q, 10, 8, 6

Neither of you has a flush. Is this a copy hand, won by the banker? Do you get an advantage because your ace is natural?

Similarly:
A, A in the low hand vs.
A, Joker

or:
A, 4 in the low hand vs.
Joker, 4
Are these exact copy hands?

or:
AKQJ10 vs
JokerKQJ10
with or without flushes: are these exact copy hands?

Thanks.

The ace and Joker are equal cards.
These are tie hands.
Tie goes to the dealer :-(

Your examples are all ties for 7 card PGP (which is the best known and traditional game). 6 card PGP allows the Joker to outrank an Ace in the 1 card hand if the player has it. You don't say which one you're playing, so I thought I'd mention it.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.

Also worth noting: In a joker flush, it plays as the highest remaining card... so: AK*94 plays the same as AKQ94.
