Hi everyone,
I recently saw this game being played while on a cruise in the Caribbean, essentially it is Caribbean Stud but with the option to pay (Ante amount) for the chance to draw an additional card (only one).
This game was being played at the Diamond Beach Casino in Caracao. They called it Diamond Casino Second Hand Poker.
The pay table was essentially as follows for a $1USD side bet.
JACKPOT PAYOUTS
ROYAL FLUSH of DIAMONDS natural - 100% of progressive
ROYAL FLUSH of any suit natural - 50% of progressive
ROYAL FLUSH of any suit buy card - $5,000 fixed pay
STRAIGHT FLUSH DIAMONDS natural - $3,000
STRAIGHT FLUSH any suit natural - $2,000
STRAIGHT FLUSH and suit buy card - $1,000
FOUR OF A KIND natural - $300
FOUR OF A KIND buy a card - $200
FULL HOUSE $50
FLUSH $25
I am sure someone has done the mathematical analysis for this game somewhere, but I cannot find it specifically anywhere.
If anyone can provide the Math to compliment this pay table it would be much appreciated.

This sounds very similar to Oasis Poker

Hi Hunterhill,
See below
2 Pairs - 2 to 1 (BOTH NATURAL AND BUY CARD)
3 of Kind - 3 to 1 (BOTH)
Straight - 4 to 1 (BOTH)
FLUSH - 5 to 1 (BOTH)
FULL HOUSE - 7 to 1 (BOTH)
4 of Kind - 20 to 1 (N) & 10 to 1 (BUY)
Straight FLUSH - 50 to 1 (N) & 20 to 1 (BUY)
ROYAL - 100 to 1 (N) & 40 to 1 (BUY)
I have seen OASIS Poker, however was wondering what the how the odds stack up against the pay tables I saw, that is all.
