The dominant poker table games include 3 Card Poker, Crazy 4 Card, 4 Card Poker and Ultimate Texas Hold’em, a 7-card game. Which 5-card table game is popular? Is there a 6-card table game?

Crazy 4 uses 5 cards...
But if you're looking for the dominant poker table game that is dealt 5 cards and uses 5 cards, I suppose Let it Ride or Mississippi Stud are the only possibilities. I'd guess Let it Ride is more popular nationwide.

Caribbean Stud is a 5 card game, isn't it? I suppose that or Let it Ride would be the answer.
As for 6 card games, 6 Card Poker exists. And a couple of the drawing games use 6 total cards for the bonuses (but based on 5 card hands). I played and enjoyed Wild 6 Card Poker on a recent trip to Colorado.

I think Caribbean is pretty much dead. Or at the least dying. I'm pretty sure LIR has more installs.

In the midwest, I would think Mississippi Stud is more popular.
From Missouri in December:
Game | Units | Drop | Gross Revenue | Hold % |
---|---|---|---|---|
Let It Ride | 12 | $1,345,844 | $326,386 | 24.25% |
Mississippi Stud | 8 | $1,823,545 | $373,915 | 20.50% |
So LIR has more units, but it's the "deader game" with significantly less drop.
