eTable Games will show two games at the Table Games Conference : Split Blackjack and Break Power. We are looking for 1-2 dealers for the event. Where could we find them? What qualifications should we be looking for?

There is a modeling agency that my friend used during the trade show. They are pricey but they are eye candy.

The local pape "The Dealer News" in Vegas used to have ads for temp agencies for dealers. That is one route. Or I would post a request both here and on craigtslist. Both should yield some replies.
For qualifications you want a mix of dealer experience, trade show booth experience, and yes--looks. Another route is look for a friendly type who is a waitress and knows how to deal, use the same sources.
