Please try out JB's new baccarat game. This has taken a long time, and I think he did a great job, so please have a look. Don't overlook the little "stats" button. Click on it and you'll see a full display of all the usual statistics. If you forgot how such things as the Cockroach Road work, please read my page on baccarat statistics monitors.

As always, my loyal guinea pigs, we welcome questions, comments and corrections.

Sometimes I like to sit out a hand. Can you have a 'Deal' button without placing a bet?

The "Deal" button disappears when I place a bet on "Tie". I must be doing something wrong.

It looks like the program won't let you bet on Tie and Player or Banker.

Thanks for the comments thus far. To respond:

Calculator feature: I initially wanted to do that, and we still may. Good idea.

Sitting out: Good suggestion. I know a lot of players do that.

Tie bet: You're right, the game doesn't let you bet the tie and banker/player. We'll get that fixed.

Stay tuned for version 1.2.

Stay tuned for version 1.2.

For V1.2
edit:Damn Texas...

Show the cards full face as done on a real Bac table and not Blackjack style.
Added: I would show All cards first face down, then Player hand full face first.
3rd card should be sideways to the first 2 cards.

Tie bet payoff could be adjustable.
8 to 1 is found almost everywhere.

You can draw many to this new game.
Hopefully soon, for US players, they can sign up to Bovada from your site and play for real $$$.

7craps...where do you play mini bac where the hands are displayed the way you describe?
I have only seen... player | banker ....from the player perspective.

Im thinking about a button where the player can eat/tear the cards... it will read "Eat" and an animation will show the card being picked up and play a sound of being chewed or have an animation of hands tearing them, or maybe it can do a squeeze...

No where.
Nice catch.
Kicked my ass just like Texas got theirs kicked.

Nasty photo BTW.

What real casinos actually have the Player 4 on the layout? I do not recall seeing one in Nevada or CA.

Might be cool to add a commission box to the game and allow the player to pay off the commission from his bankroll with a button -- instead of just paying 19 to 20 every hand.

Found a bug on the tie betting. The game will not let you make a tie bet that is more than 1/3 of your current bankroll.

Thank you, this is now fixed.

Was able to repeat this error and get a screenshot:

With a balance of 74148.75, it lets me bet 74000 but not 74025.

I think what happened here was a comedy of errors (mostly mine):

1) The three betting spots are in the same location horizontally
2) The highest denomination chip is $5,000 so $74,000 uses a lot of them
3) When you clicked to add the $25 chip, I think you accidentally added it to the Tie bet, since (a) the banker bet stack is covering it, and (b) the banker bet stack doesn't show a $25 chip in it, so it's most likely on the Tie bet but eclipsed by the tall stack of chips on the banker bet
4) Since the game didn't allow betting on more than one spot at the same time, the Deal button disappeared

So, you can now bet on any combination of the three spots simultaneously, plus I added $25,000 and $100,000 chips to prevent such tall chip stacks.

Coming soon: a built-in calculator feature.
